Shipping / Delivery
Cotswoldsport despatch items only during business working days Monday through to Friday.
Our shipping methods are detailed when you place your order. Prices include a handling and processing fee, which is part of the total shipping fee.
Please note that even if special delivery is selected, if the item is purchased after 8am, due to our Royal Mail collection times it will not be despatched until the following business working day. Please bear this in mind to avoid disappointment.
Items send via courier or Royal Mail parcels must be sent to correct UK post codes. Any orders which do not contain a valid post code will be held until a resolution can be found.
We reserve the right to substitute third party insurance for our own.
Returns & Exchange
If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 8 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund excluding the post and packing charge. Note the seal must not be broken on DVD`s if it is they cannot be returned. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return, they should be well packed and clearly labelled enclosing you returns form and sent back to:

It is your responsibility to obtain insurance as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we do not compensate. The Royal Mail have a compensation scheme within the UK to the value of £32.00 provided proof of postage is obtained this is included at no extra charge for 1st and 2nd class mail. You will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled or unwanted goods.
Time limitation
We do not give refunds on items returned after 14 days, or damaged goods not notified to us within 14 days from receipt. Returns should be well packed and labelled clearly, you must complete and enclose your returns form. Proof of postage is recommended in the event of loss or damage as we do not compensate for parcels lost in transit.
Errors
If we have made an error with your order please email us, we will then arrange for you to return the goods and send out replacements and refund your postage expenses. Please do not send back something sent in error withouth getting in touch first.
